The exhibition space for Metafold, a digital art collection created by Can Büyükberber for the New BMW 7 Series, was designed for the 11th ArtAnkara International Contemporary Art Fair. The design is based on a holistic spatial concept that brings together the digital art installation and the physical presence of the BMW 7 Series within a single central composition.
The space is defined by a circular layout surrounding the centrally positioned BMW 7 Series, complemented by a semi-enclosed backdrop composed of high-resolution digital screens. The screen surfaces displaying kinetic digital sculptures create a visual frame that emphasizes the sculptural form of the vehicle, while the glossy black floor and reflective surfaces enhance the interaction between digital content and the physical object. The exhibition space offers a contemporary and immersive experience where digital art, automotive design, and architectural space converge.
