The structure is wooden frame. The exterior is plain and wood-clad. The corners of the bay window extending over two normal floors are accentuated by wooden sills. The windows are wooden guillotine and the edges are molded. The windows are very worn and have cracks. There is a skylight on the double-sided wooden door on the northern façade of the building. There is a fire wall on the west side. It is plastered and painted. The ground floor was used to fulfill the commercial function. Therefore, it contains large windows that are not suitable for the facade. Dirty and broken windows are available. The ground floor is plastered.

Facade Decisions: The wooden facades of the wooden house are almost completely standing. It is recommended to remove and replace the wooden coatings that deteriorate due to external factors, and to clean the solid wooden coatings. The brick, which is the original state of the fire wall on the west façade of the house, is suggested. It is recommended to renew the broken rain gutters. It is suggested that the double-winged wooden door on the northern façade of the building should be renewed and the missing parts should be completed. Most of the glass on the façade is broken and needs to be renewed. It is recommended to replace the moldings and joinery that are highly damaged.
